  • As the leading sports blockchain, Chiliz sought to leverage its Web3 infrastructure to foster deeper engagement in women’s sport and community sport.

  • Design and delivery of a CO-LAB program, the Includ3d Accelerator, that connects blockchain technology and diverse sports stakeholders. Our role includes:

    • Program Design: A certification pathway and global learning community now in its third year.

    • Education and Mentorship: Delivered learning modules, live webinars, and mentorship sessions with technology experts.

    • Recruitment and Onboarding: Global outreach across 60+ countries, onboarded 580+ organizations across English and Spanish cohorts.

    • Thought Leadership: Developing industry reports and facilitating roundtable events to position Chiliz as a leader in blockchain for good in sport. 

  • Created the world’s largest community of practice for Blockchain Sport and Social Impact, connecting sport and social impact projects to Chiliz Chain.

FUTURE-READY STRATEGY

  • ChildFund Rugby needed a brand strategy that communicated their unique mission, while standing out to rugby fans and commercial partners.

  • A five-month TRANSFORM sprint to reposition the organization for the 2025 Women’s Rugby World Cup and beyond. Our role included:

    • Strategic Narrative: Developed the Future-READY Brand Platform and the tagline: "Powered by Rugby”.

    • AI Integration: Configured specialized AI content agents to scale the brand’s strategic voice and streamline communications.

    • Market Activation: Designed a brand awareness campaign to bridge the gap between social impact and professional rugby.

  • The launch of a refreshed identity to global stakeholders, establishing a roadmap for AI-powered growth and industry thought leadership.

INNOVATION HUB & TECH365

  • The IOC Olympism365 department issued a tender to onboard a global consortium to design and manage an innovation hub to invest in sport-based solutions that contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

  • As the technical partner to a CO-LAB comprising 4 partners, READY leads the focus on emerging technologies within the Olympism365 Innovation Hub. Our role includes:

    • Strategic Design: Co-design of the Hub, which has allocated $2M+ in innovation funding to date.

    • Tech365 Fund Design: Created the emerging tech fund and onboarded 25 innovators from 18 countries.

    • Innovative Finance: Deployed a community-led Quadratic Funding round, distributing $150,000 to pilot AI and blockchain projects.

    • Responsible AI pilot: Launched NOVA, a multilingual AI avatar.

  • A global benchmark for responsible innovation, ensuring that technology is designed to accelerate sport’s contribution to the global goals.

CO-LAB: ARETO LABS
EUROPE MARKET ENTRY

  • Areto Labs, an AI-powered online moderation company, sought a partner to facilitate their entry into the European sports market and to ensure their anti-abuse solution was adopted by clubs and leagues.

  • A CO-LAB program to connect Areto Labs into European sport. Our role includes:

    • Strategic Onboarding: Bilingual training and support for Spanish LaLiga football clubs to use online moderation tools.

    • Market Positioning: Outreach and positioning efforts within the European women’s sport market to drive business development.

    • Ethical AI Leadership: Thought leadership actions on responsible AI models to protect internet integrity in sport.

  • Increased awareness and adoption of Areto Labs’ solutions across La Liga and the wider European landscape.

TRANSFORM: MIND3D
WOMEN’S FOOTBALL READINESS

  • MIND3D, the leading high performance, HR and culture change agency in sport, needed a digital partner to drive organizational change within professional women’s football clubs.

  • Three-month TRANSFORM sprints that include:

    • Readiness Assessments: Club-wide audits to identify digital, data, and AI gaps across staff and leadership.

    • Strategy Development: Customized roadmaps for digital and AI adoption that aligned with performance goals.

    • Capacity Building: Training to build digital and AI literacy.

FOOTBALL BUSINESS INCUBATION

  • SZN ONE sought to bridge the gap between traditional football and the digital frontier to launch a new type of tech-enabled platform.

  • A six-month TRANSFORM business incubation program to move the project from concept to commercial reality. Our role included:

    • Business Incubation: A structured roadmap for the platform launch, ensuring the model was anchored in future-ready trends.

    • Professional Development: Personalized education on Web3, AI, and digital community building within football.

    • Network Building: Opening doors to high-level introductions and social impact opportunities in the global football ecosystem.

  • The partnership resulted in the launch of SZN ONE, a platform offering learning experiences on the future of the game.

IGNITE: EOC EU OFFICE
AI TRAINING

  • Representatives from National Olympic Committees (NOCs) and International Federations (IFs) required practical ways to use AI for operational efficiency and fan engagement.

  • Design and facilitation of an interactive IGNITE workshop for the EOC EU Office to demystify emerging AI and equip sports leaders with practical use cases. Our role included:

    • Interactive Training: A hands-on session on AI tools relevant to the daily operations of sports organizations.

    • Use-Case Demos: Live demonstrations of AI applications to move the conversation from theory to immediate use. 

  • Leaders from European NOCs and IFs gained knowledge and skills needed to implement AI tools within their federations.

CO-LAB: FLUTTER & BEYOND SPORT
SPORTS TECH AWARDS

  • Flutter Alpha Hub and Beyond Sport needed a technical partner to design and deliver a four-month capacity-building support package for the winners of the Tech4Good in Sport Award that recognized organizations using tech-driven solutions to increase physical activity in adults and improve public health.

  • Design and delivery of a capacity-building support package customized to each organization’s growth goals and needs, including peer learning sessions, industry expertise, and 1:1 mentorship.

  • Five organizations gained access to renowned experts from their respective fields, as well as hands-on support with business strategy, scaling pilots, fundraising, and future-readiness.

IGNITE: WOMEN’S FOOTBALL
DIGITAL, DATA AND AI RESEARCH

  • Test the assumption and build an evidence base around what clubs and leagues are working with day to day when it comes to digital strategy, commercial ambition, fan data, use of AI and technology.

  • Six months of deep and dedicated work, led by Hannah Kuntz and with huge support from across the women's football ecosystem.

    Design of snapSHOT, a market intelligence framework to understand the commercial digital, data, and AI capabilities in women's sport.

    Consultations with 28 women’s football clubs and leagues across 16 markets between January - April 2026.

  • Launched the snapSHOT industry publication providing key insights and recommendations for women’s football, and delivered IGNITE training session to participating clubs and leagues.
